Job seekers are asked to upload their entire work history, contact info, and identity — only for that data to be:
- resold
- scraped
- reused without permission
ZenithHiring was built to do the opposite.
We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
Your information is used for one purpose only:
→ to match you with relevant jobs and submit applications on your behalf.
That's it.
What we collect
We collect only what's required to:
- build your job profile
- generate applications
- submit to employers
Nothing more.
How your data is used
- ✓ Your data is submitted only to real job postings on reputable platforms
- ✓ We do not share your data with third parties outside of job applications
- ✓ We do not use your data for advertising, resale, or profiling
AI usage
We use AI to:
- process your resume
- match jobs
- generate application content
Your data is never used to train AI models.

- ✓ Access is strictly limited to systems required to operate the service
Control
You can request deletion of your data at any time.
ZenithHiring exists to give control back to the job seeker — not take it away.
